Swimee1. Operator and applicable agreement
Swimee is developed and operated by Guangzhou Chenyu Technology Co., Ltd. under the iiisle studio brand. This page explains the service and purchase conditions. The app license is governed by Apple's Standard Licensed Application End User License Agreement (EULA). This information does not replace that license or the mandatory rights available under applicable law.
The website is available at iiisle.studio/swimee. Swimee is currently preparing for release; descriptions of purchases explain the intended App Store experience, and availability is determined by the App Store.
2. What the app does and requires
Swimee reviews swimming workouts already recorded in Apple Health. It is an iPhone app requiring iOS 17 or later; it does not directly record swims or include a standalone Apple Watch recorder. Use a compatible recording device or app and grant the required Health read permissions.
Metrics depend on the source data. Missing samples, device limitations or insufficient permissions can limit an analysis. Comparisons and SWOLF values must be interpreted in the context of stroke style, pool length and workout conditions. Sample data is illustrative and is not added to your original health records.
3. Free features and Swimee Pro
Core workout history, basic metrics, weekly and monthly trends, goals and personal records are free. Pro unlocks deeper workout insights, comparison, advanced heart-rate and efficiency analysis, annual and all-time trends and the achievement wall. Features may evolve with app updates; the app's purchase screen describes the available benefits.
Pro may be purchased as a weekly, monthly or yearly auto-renewable subscription, or as a non-consumable lifetime unlock where offered. These options unlock the same current Pro features. Not all features or purchase options are necessarily available in every region.
4. Subscriptions, prices and trials
Prices, currencies, billing periods and introductory-offer eligibility are shown in Swimee and Apple's purchase confirmation before purchase. Payment is charged to your Apple Account. Weekly, monthly and yearly subscriptions renew automatically unless canceled at least 24 hours before the current period ends. Your account may be charged for renewal within 24 hours before the period ends.
A free trial is available only if Apple confirms the offer and your eligibility. After a trial, the selected subscription renews at its displayed price unless canceled in time. Eligibility is determined by Apple, including subscription-group rules. Do not assume every user or plan receives a trial. Manage or cancel through Apple subscriptions or iPhone Settings > your name > Subscriptions. Deleting the app does not cancel billing.
5. Lifetime unlock, restoration and plan changes
A lifetime unlock is a one-time, non-consumable purchase, not a subscription, and does not automatically renew. It unlocks the current Pro feature set without a scheduled expiry while the app remains available and compatible. It is not a promise of perpetual app operation or of free access to every future separately offered service. Apple-verified refunds or revocations can remove access.
Restore eligible purchases in Swimee using the original Apple Account. A lifetime purchase does not automatically cancel an existing subscription; manage its renewal separately. Subscription-period changes follow Apple's subscription-group rules and verified transaction state. Canceling renewal normally leaves current access available through its paid expiry, subject to Apple's transaction status.
6. Refunds and billing support
Apple processes payments and determines refund eligibility under its policies and applicable law. Request a refund through reportaproblem.apple.com. Swimee does not directly charge your card or guarantee a refund. Contact us for purchase restoration or app-access issues without sending payment credentials. Subscription cancellation, a refund request and local-data deletion are separate actions.
7. Fitness reference and responsible use
Swimee provides fitness information for reference only. It does not provide medical advice, diagnosis or treatment, replace a qualified coach or clinician, or guarantee performance improvements. Do not use app metrics as the sole basis for medical or swimming-safety decisions. Always follow venue rules and your own capabilities.
Use the app lawfully and respect the app's intellectual property and others' rights. Apple, Apple Watch and related marks belong to Apple Inc.; their mention describes compatibility and does not imply endorsement. App use and data handling are explained in the Privacy Policy.
8. Updates, rights and contact
We may update these explanations when the service changes. App availability and compatibility may change. License, warranty, liability and termination provisions follow the Apple Standard EULA and applicable law; nothing here removes mandatory consumer rights.
