HERE TO HELP
A clearer way forward.

Swimee is preparing for release. You can contact us now with questions about the product or your privacy.
01What is Swimee?
Swimee is an iPhone app for reviewing swimming workouts saved in Apple Health. It helps you understand distance, lap pace, strokes, SWOLF and heart rate, and follow your progress through comparisons, trends and goals. It is currently preparing for release.
02Does Swimee record swims on Apple Watch?
Swimee does not record workouts directly and does not include a standalone Apple Watch app. Record a swim with Apple Watch or another compatible app that writes swimming workouts to Apple Health, then review it in Swimee on iPhone. It requires iOS 17 or later.
03Why is my swim missing?
First check that the workout appears in Apple Health on your iPhone and is classified as swimming. Let your recording device finish syncing. Check Swimee's read permissions in the Health app or iOS Settings, then reopen Swimee and refresh your history. Apple does not tell apps whether individual read permissions were denied, so an empty history may mean no data or insufficient access.
04Why are some laps, heart-rate values or routes unavailable?
Swimee can only analyze data available in the original workout and allowed by your permissions. Different recording devices provide different fields. Pool length and stroke data affect lap and SWOLF analysis; heart-rate analysis needs heart-rate samples; open-water routes need route data. Missing measurements are not reconstructed or guaranteed.
05Can I try Swimee without swimming records?
Yes. Choose Explore Sample Data when your history is empty to preview the read-only sample experience. Sample workouts illustrate the interface and are not your health records or proof of a Pro purchase.
06What is free, and what does Pro include?
Core workout history, basic metrics, weekly and monthly trends, goals and personal records are free. Pro adds deeper insights, workout comparison, advanced heart-rate and efficiency analysis, annual and all-time trends, and the achievement wall. Available weekly, monthly, yearly and lifetime options, prices and trial eligibility are shown in the app and Apple's purchase sheet.
07How do I restore purchases or cancel a subscription?
Use Restore Purchases on Swimee's Pro purchase screen with the Apple Account used for the original purchase. Manage or cancel subscriptions in iPhone Settings > your name > Subscriptions. Canceling renewal normally preserves access through the paid period. Uninstalling Swimee does not cancel a subscription. A lifetime purchase does not automatically cancel an existing subscription; cancel its renewal separately.
08How do I delete my data or turn off optional sharing?
Uninstalling Swimee deletes its local workout cache and preferences without deleting source records in Apple Health. This version has no in-app clear-all-data action. Revoking Health access stops future reads but leaves imported caches until uninstall. Usage analytics and crash diagnostics are off by default and can be disabled separately under Privacy & Data. Turning them off does not automatically delete data already uploaded to Google. Email contact@iiisle.studio for a privacy or deletion request; do not send health records.
09Does Swimee need an account or cloud sync?
No account is required. Workout data is processed and cached locally. This version does not offer Swimee cloud or iCloud/CloudKit sync. Optional Firebase usage analytics and crash diagnostics are separate from workout storage and do not receive health records.
